SSC CGL Tier 1 Results 2025 To Be Out Soon

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is likely to release the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025 and the merit list soon on its official website, ssc.gov.in. The Tier 1 exam was held from September 12 to 26, 2025, with a re-exam conducted on October 14 for certain candidates. The recruitment drive covers Group B and Group C positions in various central government departments.

The provisional answer key was issued on October 16, 2025. The category-wise merit list and individual scorecards will be made available on the SSC portal. After the results are declared, shortlisted candidates will proceed to Tier 2 of the selection process.

The final selection of candidates will be based on their aggregate marks and the preferences they have submitted. Therefore, it is important for applicants to note that the final allotment will follow a merit-cum-preference system for all shortlisted candidates.

Moreover, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the tentative vacancy list for the SSC GD Constable Exam 2026. Candidates interested in applying for Constable (GD) posts in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles can now view the vacancy details on the official website, ssc.gov.in.

According to the notification, a total of 25,487 positions will be filled—this includes 616 vacancies in BSF, 14,595 in CISF, 5,490 in CRPF, 1,764 in SSB, 1,293 in ITBP, 1,706 in Assam Rifles, and 23 in SSF. The application window for the SSC GD Constable Exam remains open until December 31.
