The D-street could see debutants this week along with new listings. The last month and the last week of October had major listings which kept the market players engaged and now, moving ahead, the second week of October also seem to keep a similar promise of witnessing some new Initial Public Offer (IPO) and some company debuts. The IPO next week could have Arvind & Company Shipping Agency opening up and 14 new listings could very well be on the way, reported the mint.

Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd.’s Managing Director, Mahavir Lunawat said, “the IPO market has been buzzing this fiscal year with at least two to three public offers opening every day. There were fewer mega IPOs compared to last year, as more companies raised smaller tranches of money; but also rewarded investors better.” He also says that, every IPO which was listed during the year have given positive gains, except for four companies. In the 29 IPO, only seven of them have registered single digit gains and the rest have shown double digit gains.

He also added that, “last half year looks promising, the pipeline too is robust, with around 30 companies getting SEBI approval for IPOs where they will collect ₹40,740 core and around 38 companies with IPO size of ₹43,659 crore still awaiting approval from SEBI and have filed offer document.””

Arvind And Company Shipping’s IPO would be out in the market on October 12 and the bidding would begin on October 16, 2023. On the NSE SME listing, the company would be listed with the tentative date as October 25 2023, the mint said. The company IPO issue price is fixed at Rs. 14.74 crore; it is a totally fresh issue of 32.76 lakh shares.

As for the new listing, the companies are:

1.Plaza Wires, the company will be listed on BSE and NSE on October 13, 2023.

2. Arabian Petroleum, the oil and lubricant SME firm will be listed on NSE SME on October 9, 2023.

3.City Crops Agro’s SME IPO would be listed on BSE SME on October 10, 2023.

4.Sunita Tools, the shares of the machine parts SME would be listed on BSE SME on October 9, 2023.

5.Goyal Salt, raw salt SME producer would be listed on NSE SME on October 10, 2023.

6.E Factor Experiences, the event management SME company would be listed on NSE SME on October 9, 2023.

7.Kontor Space, the renting SME company would be listed on NSE SME on October 10, 2023.

8.Oneclick Logistics India, the company would be listed on NSE SME on October 11, 2023.

9.Canarys Automations, the IT solutions firm would be listed on NSE SME on October 11, 2023.

10.Vivaa Tradecom’s IPO would be listed on BSE SME on October 12, 2023.

11.Vishnusurya Projects and Infra, would be listed on NSE SME on October 12, 2023.

12.Sharp Chucks and Machines, would be listed on NSE SME on October 12, 2023.

13.Plada Infotech Services, the SME IPO would be listed on NSE SME on October 12, 2023.

14.Karnika Industries, the kids wear SME company would be listed on NSE SME on October 13, 2023, reported the mint.
