Yatra Online IPO Opened For Subscription, Issue Price Rs 135

The Rs.775- crore initial public offering (IPO) of Yatra Online opened on Friday for subscription. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of Rs.602 crore and an offer for sale of up to 173 crores. The IPO will be sold at a price band of Rs.135 to Rs.142 per equity share. Investors can make bids for a minimum 105 equity shares and in multiples of 105 thereafter.

75 per cent of the net offer has been reserved for qualified institutional bidders (QIBs), while non-institutional investors (NIIs) will be allocated 15 per cent of the offering. Remaining 10 per cent will go to retail investors. SBI Capital Markets, DAM Capital Advisors and IIFL Securities are the book-running managers to the issue.

Link Intime India will act as the registrar. Shares of the company may be listed on both BSE and NSE. The four day IPO will conclude on September 20th. The company has already raised Rs.62.01 crores through a pre-IPO placement via right issue. THCL Travel Holding Cyprus Limited offloaded 2627697 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 236 in the pre-IPO session.

Incorporated in 2005, Yatra Online, with its extensively downloaded platform provides information about hotels, homestays, and other lodgings. It allows domestic and international customers to know the pricing, availability, and booking facilities. The domestic and international air ticketing, on Indian and international airlines, bus ticketing, rail ticketing, cab bookings, and ancillary services are the other services.

Yatra Online reported a net profit of Rs.7.63 crore in the 2023 fiscal year with a revenue of Rs.397 crore. Being India’s largest platform for domestic hotels as well as the third largest travel services provider in India, Yatra online has contracted with 94,000 hotels and homestays across the country.
