Virosh Wedding Reception: Who All Attended Rashmika & Vijay’s Grand Celebration?
The wedding celebrations of Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda concluded with a high-profile reception in Hyderabad on March 4, drawing leading names from the Telugu and Hindi film industries.
The grand event was held at the Taj Krishna hotel and marked the final leg of what fans have fondly called the “Virosh” wedding.
After an intimate ceremony in Udaipur attended by close friends and family, the couple hosted a carefully managed reception in their hometown amid heightened security arrangements.
While the reception was initially expected to be a large-scale gathering, the couple opted for an invite-only format following police advice to prevent overcrowding and ensure safety.

Security was tightened outside the venue after a brief commotion as guests began arriving. Despite this, the evening unfolded smoothly, with several prominent personalities walking the red carpet to bless the newlyweds.
Among the attendees were Ram Charan, who arrived barefoot as part of his ongoing Ayyappa Deeksha observance, accompanied by Upasana Kamineni Konidela.
Allu Arjun made a notable appearance in a red kurta paired with a floral vest jacket. Chiranjeevi, Rana Daggubati, with Miheeka Bajaj, Ravi Teja, Sukumar, Karthi, and Mrunal Thakur were also seen at the venue. Producer Lakshmi Manchu and several other industry figures joined the celebrations.

There was a strong Bollywood presence as well. Filmmaker Karan Johar attended the reception along with Kriti Sanon and director Homi Adajania.

Karan later shared a picture from the evening, congratulating the couple and thanking Kriti for being his “support poser.” Kriti responded playfully on social media, adding a light-hearted touch to the celebrations.
Actor Neena Gupta and her husband Vivek Mehra also posed with the couple, with designer Masaba sharing congratulatory wishes online.

Several moments from the reception quickly went viral. In one widely shared clip, Vijay was seen holding Rashmika’s hand as they posed for photographers, a gesture that drew warm reactions from fans.
At another point, the actor was heard guiding a photographer to get the right angle, reflecting his relaxed mood during the evening.
Vijay also told media personnel that he and Rashmika plan to “go underground” after the festivities, suggesting they will step away from public appearances for a while.
Rashmika’s reception look drew attention for its traditional detailing. Styled in elaborate gold jewellery inspired by peacock and Gandaberunda motifs, her attire paid tribute to her cultural roots. Fashion commentators described the ensemble as deeply traditional, highlighting Nakshi craftsmanship and classic design elements.
The couple’s wedding celebrations extended beyond personal rituals. Following their February 26 ceremony in Udaipur, they distributed special “Virosh” sweet boxes across multiple cities and organised annadanam in several temples across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat. The multi-city festivities combined private rituals with public outreach, turning their wedding into a widely followed event.
Professionally, the newlyweds are expected to resume work soon. Reports suggest they will return to the sets of their upcoming period action drama “Ranabaali” later this month, marking their first collaboration after marriage.
