100 GB Free Storage: Mukesh Ambani Announces Jio AI-Cloud Welcome Offer
Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance, announced on Thursday that the Jio AI Cloud welcome offer where all Jio users will receive up to 100 GB of free cloud storage, effective this Diwali.
While addressing the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Ambani declared that the Jio AI Cloud welcome offer would bring a “powerful and affordable solution.”

“We plan to launch the Jio AI-Cloud Welcome offer starting Diwali this year, bringing a powerful and affordable solution where cloud data storage and data-powered AI services are available to everyone everywhere,” he said.
“Jio users will get up to 100 GB of free cloud storage that will be provided to securely store and access all their photos, videos, documents, and all other digital content and data,” he said.
Reliance spent over Rs 3,643 crores in FY24 towards R&D and filed over 2,555 patents, stated Ambani.

Promising the future to be brighter than the past, Ambani stated that the strategic adoption of deep tech and advanced manufacturing will place Reliance in the top-30 league in the world. Jio has also added “Hello Jio,” its voice assistant, to its newly launched operating system, Jio TvOS, with which TV users can control their Set-Top Box with voice commands. The feature will be accessible through the mic button on the Jio remote.
