CAT 2025 Result: 12 Candidates Score Perfect 100; Non-Engineers Dominate The Topper List

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode has announced the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025 results and also the scorecards today, on December 24, 2025. This year, 12 candidates achieved a perfect 100th percentile, while 26 secured 99.99th percentile. The CAT 2025 result is available on the official website – iimcat.ac.in.

Notably, out of the 12 perfect scorers, 9 candidates are from a non-engineering background, and only 3 are engineers. In 2024, out of the 14 candidates in the 100th percentile, 13 were engineers, and only one candidate was from a non-engineering background.

Among the 12 toppers, 10 are male, and 2 are female candidates. Candidates from UP, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Jharkhand, and Odisha secured the top ranks.

A total of 38 candidates scored either 100 or 99.99 percentile. Among them, 32 were male candidates and 4 were female candidates.

The number of candidates scoring 99.8 percentile was the same as those scoring 99.99 percentile, at 26. Of these, 21 were male and 5 were female candidates.

IIM Kozhikode director, Debashis Chatterjee, calls the CAT 2025 the smoothest conducted in recent years on behalf of 22 IIMs.
