CLAT 2025 Application Last Date Extended Till Oct 22

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has extended the  Common Law Admission Test (CLUT) 2025 application’s last date till October 22. Earlier, the deadline to apply for undergraduate and postgraduate programs was October 15. Candidates willing to apply for the law entrance exam can apply at the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in by 11:59 pm.

The CLAT 2025 examination is expected to be conducted on December 1, 2024. The online application fee for UG and PG programs is Rs 4,000 for unreserved categories and Rs 3,500 for SC, ST, PwD, and BPL candidates. The CLAT 2025 application fee is non-refundable.

The Common Law Admission Test is a nationwide law entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of NLUs for admission to 5-year integrated LLB (UG) and one-year LLM (PG) courses. The exam is conducted for admission to 24 NLUs for UG and 21 NLUs for PG courses.

The exam will be conducted for a total of 3000 seats in the UG program and 1000 seats in the PG program. The exam will be conducted in Pen-and-paper mode. The duration of the exam is 2 hours.

CLAT 2025 Exam: How to apply

Step 1: Go to the official website – consortiumofnlus.ac.in

Step 2: Click on Register for ‘CLAT 2025 Application’

Step 3: Enter login credentials and start filling out the registration form

Step 4: Upload the required documents and submit application fee

Step 5: Enter submit button and save the application form

Step 6: Download application form and save/printout for further use
