IIT JAM 2025 Registration Last Date Extends Till Oct 18

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has extended the last date for the Joint Admission Test (JAM) 2025 registration till October 18.  Interested and eligible candidates can fill up the IIT JAM application form 2025 via the official website – jam2025.iitd.ac.in. Earlier the last date to apply for IIT JAM 2025 was October 11.

IIT Delhi shared the news on this official X account and said. “The last date of JAM 2025 registration has been extended up to October 18, 2024.”

IIT Delhi will conduct the JAM 2025 on February 2, 2025. The exam will be held in two shifts – first, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and second, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

The examination will be conducted in a Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode comprised of seven subjects including Biotechnology, Chemistry, Economics, Geology, Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics, and Physics.

JAM scores will be used to get admission for nearly 3,000 seats in 89 PG programs offered at 22 IITs for the academic session 2025-26.

The application fee for the general category students is Rs 1,800 and for SC/ST category, PwD candidates, and females is Rs 900. There is no age limit to apply for the exam and candidates must complete an undergraduate degree or are currently studying in the final year of undergraduate programmes.

Step 1: Go to the official website – jam2025.iitd.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage click on the JAM 2025 application portal – joaps.iitd.ac.in

Step 3: Register and proceed further to fill in the application form

Step 4: Pay the required application fee and submit the application

Step 5: Download the application form and save/printout for further use
