JEE Advanced 2025 Rated Easy To Moderately Difficult By Students; Answer Key Soon

JEE-Advanced, organized by IIT Kanpur, was held across 222 cities on May 18, 2025. Over 1.9 lakh students have registered. The prestigious engineering entrance exam was conducted in two shifts: 9 AM to 12 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Candidates this year compete for around 18,000 seats across 23 IIT campuses in the country.

IIT JEE Advanced 2025 examination question papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, are available on the official website – jeeadv.ac.in. Moreover, the answer key to the question papers will also be released soon.

As per the student’s views conducted by Aakash Institute, students found Paper 1 difficult out of the two papers. Another student found, multi-correct questions in paper 1 difficult and the numerical in paper 2 difficult, and overall found paper 2 more difficult among the two papers.

According to another, held in Patna, Bihar, the candidate found the Physics paper in-depth and lengthy.

In a student survey held by the ALLEN Institute, students find Maths and Physics lengthy and a bit difficult while chemistry paper easy. However, few students found the exam tough in comparison to the JEE Advanced 2024.

Candidates who are among the 2.5 lakh scorers in JEE Main become eligible for the JEE Advance exam. Also, they should have cleared class 12 exams within the last 2 years. JEE Advanced consists of two compulsory papers and applicants must appear for both papers. For those who are interested in B.Arch program need to pass both these papers and then need to qualify the Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) for admission into architecture programs at IITs.
