NTA Declares NIFT 2024 Examination Result; Download Score Cards

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the results of the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) – 2024 entrance examination Masters Programmes. The scorecards for the various master’s programs including M.Des, M.F. Tech, and M.F.M are available on the NTA website- exams.nta.ac.in. The candidate who appeared for the second stage of the examination can log in to the NTA website to view and download their respective scorecards.

The national testing agency has said that the final weighted marks obtained by the candidates are given according to the weightage of different tests as per the course applied by the candidates.

NTA has conducted NIFT- 2024 entrance examinations for various bachelor’s and master’s programs. The selection for the master’s program takes place in two different stages of the exam. Stage I of the exams which is the General Ability Test (GAT) and or Creative Ability Test (CAT) was conducted on February 5, 2024, in 72 centres across 60 cities in the country. Candidates who clear the Stage I examination appear for the next stage of the master’s program. Stage II which is the personality test or interview was conducted from April 1 to April 6th in Delhi.

Once the results are declared the admission procedure will be handled by the NIFT authorities. Candidates are advised to contact NIFT for queries related to admission, seat, and college allocation.

The National Testing Agency has also clarified through the notification that the NTA is responsible for the invitation of applications, the conduct of the entrance exam, finalizing the answer keys, and declaration of shortlisting status. The agency does not have any responsibility towards the varification of the uploaded infomration in the documents.

The testing agency also said that the result and scorecard for the bachelor programs will be declared by May 13, 2024.

NIFT Admission 2024: How to check the scorecard

Step 1: Visit the NTA official website – exam.nta.nic.in/nift

Step 2: Click on the –  NIFT 2024 score card link given on the homepage

Step 3: Enter your credentials – application number, and date of birth and submit

Step 4: The result will be displayed on the homepage

Step 5: Download and save or print the result
