Little Hearts Faces A Ban In GCC Ahead Of Its Theatrical Release Tomorrow

The comedy entertainer  Little Hearts is facing a roadblock to its release in GCC countries as the government imposed a ban on its release due to undisclosed reasons.

As the movie is gearing up to hit the theaters tomorrow, it faced an unexpected hurdle. The makers of the movie have dropped a major announcement on its ban in GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries. But the reason for the ban was not disclosed by the team yet, in the announcement the makers stated “Unfortunately, the reason for the ban cannot be disclosed at this time. Some speculate that there is a mysterious element in the film that led to the ban”

Sandra the producer of the film also wrote “This news comes as a huge disappointment as we put our heart and soul into making this film”. Taking the announcement to Instagram the team states “GCC banned for Little Hearts”

The actor-producers also said the reason for the ban cannot be disclosed at this time. “Some speculate that there is a mysterious element in the film that led to the ban. I invite you to join me in watching ‘Little Hearts’ tomorrow in cinemas,” she added.

“Your support means the world to me. thank you for your understanding and continuous support,” Ms Thomas wrote in an Instagram post.

Directed by Anto Jose Pereira and Aby Treesa Paul, Little Hearts a romantic drama, marks the reunion of Shane Nigam and Mahima Nambiar after their super successful collaboration in RDX. As the trailer has garnered over 4 Million on YouTube, audiences are excited for the next romantic journey of the RDX couple. Alongside Shane and Mahima, this film also features Shine Tom Chacko, Baburaj, Jaffer Idukki, Ramya Suvi, Renji Panicker, Maala Parvathy, Parvathy Babu, Aima Rosmy, John Kaippallil, among others.

Prior to the release, the cast and crew of Little Hearts have been busy for the past few weeks promoting the film across the state, as well as in Gulf countries.  Apart from Gulf countries, the movie will hit big screens in the USA, the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada tomorrow.
