K Annamalai leaves BJP, Submits Resignation To Party Chief Nitin Nabin In Delhi
Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Amid speculations, former BJP Tamil Nadu chief K Annamalai has resigned from the party and submitted his resignation letter to party national president Nitin Nabin in New Delhi on Tuesday, June 2, according to reports. According to analysts, the decision comes in the wake of a major political shift in Tamil Nadu since Thalapathy Vijay’s TVK emerged as a formidable force, wresting power from the traditional strongholds.
As per reports, Annamalai may launch a new political party or a public movement.
