RPSC Application Process For 2202 School Lecturer Posts Starting On Nov 5

Rajasthan Public Service Commission has invited applications for 2202 vacancies of school lecturers under the 24 subjects. The application process will start on November 5, 2024, till December 4, 2024 (12 pm). The online application process will start once the link is activated at the official website – rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.

The examination will carry two papers. Paper I shall be 150 marks and Paper II will be 300 marks. The duration of the exam is 1 and a half hours for paper I and 3 hours for paper II. The questions will be of multiple choice types (MCQs) and negative marking will be applicable. 1/3rd mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Paper I of general studies will comprise questions on history, geography, polity, science, mental ability, mathematics, psychology, educational management, and other general subjects. Paper II will check the knowledge of the subject concerned at the senior secondary level, graduation level, post-graduation level, pedagogy, use of computers, and IT among others.

Also, the scheme and syllabus for the posts of coach differ for the lecturer vacancies. Candidates shall go through the detailed notification given on the website.

The minimum qualifying marks for each paper are 40% and 5% relaxation will be given to SC and ST candidates.

The application fee for the unreserved category is Rs 600 while for SC/ST/EWS and PwD, the fee is Rs 400.
