Kerala HC Removes Vellappally Natesan As SNDP Yogam General Secretary; Entire Office-Bearers Disqualified
Kochi, Kerala: The Kerala High Court on Thursday, March 12, disqualified Vellappally Natesan from the post of Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana Yogam (SNDP Yogam) General Secretary post.
The high court issued the order in a petition filed by writer and social critic the late M K Sanu. The court also disqualified the entire board of directors of the organization in the election-related mismanagement case.

The court found that the outfit failed to submit audit accounts for three consecutive years. The organization did not comply with statutory requirements under the Companies Act, the court pointed out, leading to the disqualification of the office-bearers and directors.
