Two injured have been reported to be in critical condition
Kozhikode, Kerala: A private bus overturned near Puthiya Bus Stand in Kozhikode on Tuesday at around 4.15 pm. At least 30 have been injured, and two are in critical condition. The injured have been rushed to the nearby Baby Memorial Hospital. As per local media reports, the bus, operating in the Mavoor – Mukkam road, was in over speed when it overturned at the end of the Arayidathu Bridge.
Police and fire forces have carried out the rescue operation, and the efforts to remove the bus are underway. Traffic snarl has been reported from the area as the bus is being removed from the road using crane.

A bike rider, which the bus hit, has also sustained injury during the tragic accident.
