Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich's Son Killed In Hezbollah Attack?
As per the reports, the Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich’s son, Banaya Smotrich, was hit by mortar shrapnel when Hezbollah struck eight Israeli soldiers simultaneously at the border. Reports are circulating online that Smotrich’s son has passed away after the severe injuries; however, no official confirmation or press release has come in response to the news.

Reportedly, the fragment tore through his back and stomach, ripped his liver, and came to rest one inch from the largest blood vessel in his abdomen. However, the Jerusalem Post reported that his son received only light wounds and is in stable condition.

According to the reports from Lebanese media outlets, Hezbollah is currently engaged in clashes with IDF troops at the entry point of Khaim in southern Lebanon, after an attempt by Israeli forces to enter the area.
