The real estate trading volume in sales contracts from 30 July to 3 August has reached QR 242, 123,654, says the assessment of the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice in Qatar.

Vacant lands, houses, and a residential building are incorporated in the list of real estate properties traded for sale. The list is published in a weekly bulletin issued by the Department.

Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Umm Slal, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Dakhira, and Al Shamal are the municipalities in which the sale is concentrated.

From 23 to 27 of July 2023, the volume of real estate trading has reached QR 175, 521, 446.
