Trump: Iran Called US To Negotiate
The Iranian regime is facing one of the biggest challenges at home after the nationwide protest spread all over Iran after people took on the streets after the slowing economy and harsh living conditions. Iran has condemned the United States for meddling and provoking the situation in Iran by allegedly giving support to Reza Pahlavi and attempting regime change.
As per the reports, Iranian leaders have contacted US President Donald Trump to negotiate a settlement to resolve the ongoing situation in Iran. While being interviewed by the media, Trump said, “Iran wants to negotiate, and I think Iran is tired of being beaten up by the United States. We have set up a meeting to resolve the issue”.

Notably, Iran has entered into a third week of nationwide anti-government protests, with reports of an intensifying security crackdown. The unrest has reportedly spread across all 31 provinces, marking the largest wave of demonstrations since 2022. As per the Associated Press report, authorities have maintained a near-total shutdown of internet and phone services.
According to reports, at least 538 people have lost there life and over 10,600 people have been arrested over the past two weeks. However, the figures could not be independently verified.
