US: Oil Refinery In Texas Engulfed In Flames & Smoke After Explosion
An oil refinery located in Port Arthur in US’s Texas has been found engulfed in flames and smoke after an alleged explosion. According to local authorities, and media, an industrial heater triggered the blaze.
