Ultraviolette F77 Comes In Two Broad Trims: Standard And Recon With Indian Army For Veteran Outreach Rally

For a unique project, Ultraviolette partnered with the Indian Army, a first for a large electric two-wheeler company. The Indian Army’s Madras Regiment and the Bengaluru-based EV startup joined forces for an unforgettable five-day rally around Tamil Nadu. For the rally, the former supplied a fleet of F77 motorcycles. A lot of impetus is given to strike an alliance with the Indian Army.

In addition to the larger Armed Forces community in the area, the rally was organized to honour the Veterans and Veer Naris of the illustrious Madras Regiment. It demonstrated how much Ultraviolette and the Madras Regiment Centre (MRC) value the steadfast commitment of Indian Armed Forces members.

The rally served as a heartfelt remembrance of their sacrifice and national duty as it traveled across a variety of terrains. The rally, which included six districts in Tamil Nadu—Tirupur, Karur, Dindigul, Madurai, Theni, and Coimbatore—was organised with support from the Dakshin Bharat Area.

Along the way, the team of Army troops interacted with Veer Naris and almost 3,000 Veterans, answering their questions, providing critical entitlement information, and providing immediate support. Together, the F77s travelled more than 6,000 kilometres.

The CEO and co-founder of Ultraviolette, Narayan Subramaniam, stated that working with the Indian army was an honour because the project closely aligns with the company’s values. “The spirit of India—unflappable, resilient, and purpose-driven—inspires our vision to develop top-notch technology. According to Subramaniam, the F77 exemplifies the accuracy, performance, and unshakable dedication to excellence that characterise our Armed Forces.

With a top speed of 155 kmph, the Ultraviolette F77 is currently the fastest electric two-wheeler available for purchase in India. It just takes 2.8 seconds to go from 0 to 100 kmph. The F77 is powered by a 30 kW (40.2 hp) electric motor with a max torque of 100 Nm and a 10.3 kWh battery pack. An IDC range of 323 kilometres on a single charge is claimed by the firm.

The Ultraviolette-Army rally honoured veterans and displayed India’s quickest EV two-wheeler while skillfully fusing technology and remembrance. It established a standard for deliberate corporate-military partnerships by showcasing Tamil Nadu’s pride in the country, innovative thinking, and significant community involvement.
