Air Vistara announced its Freedom Sale offer on flight fares celebrating India’s 78th Independence Day with discounted tickets from domestic to international destinations. The Domestic one-way fares start at Rs 1578 for economy class (Mumbai-Ahmedabad) and the business class tickets can be purchased at Rs 9978 for the same route.

The company announced the international ticket rates inclusive of additional tax starting from Rs 11,978 for economy class (Delhi-Kathmandu) and for premium economy, you can purchase tickets at Rs 13,978 and business class at Rs 46,978 for the same destination. The offer is available till 23 August 15 for travel until October 31st 2024 and can be booked via the company website www.airvistara.com.

It is important to note that the Sale fares are available on select routes. For international destinations, the sale is valid for travel to and from Abu Dhabi, Bali, Bangkok, Colombo, Dammam, Dhaka, Dubai, Doha, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Jeddah, Kathmandu, London, Malé, Mauritius, Muscat, Singapore, Paris.

However, for domestic travel, the discounts are applicable on base fares only. All other charges will be considered extra, and along with that, a convenience fee will be added to the discounted fares when booking directly with Vistara.

Additionally, international fares are inclusive of convenience fees. The company stated that the Freedom sale is a limited-inventory sale available on a first-come-first-served basis. If the tickets show sold out then the regular fare may appear. The company also mentioned that the fares under this sale are non-refundable and the fare doesn’t apply to groups or infants.

Vistara is a joint venture of Tata Sons Private Limited and Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA), wherein Tata Sons holds a 51% stake in the partnership and Singapore Airlines owns a 49% stake. The company is registered as TATA SIA Airlines Limited.
