
CBSE 10, 12 Compartment Exam In Mid-July: Official
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 10th board exam results. The CBSE Class 10th board exams were held from February 15 to March 18, 2025. Students can access them via official websites, SMS, IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System), Umang App, and DigiLocker.
The overall success rate for class 10th students remain 93.66%, with Trivandrum securing the highest student pass percentage. Girls outperform boys by an overall 2.37%. Transgender students secure a 95% pass rate, which is 4% higher than the previous year.
As per the CBSE official Sanyam Bhardwaj, the Compartment exams for the CBSE class 10th and 12th are expected to be held in Mid-July.

Students can view their results on official websites cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and results.cbse.nic.in.
This year, more than 42 lakh students showed up for the CBSE board examinations held from February 15 to April 4, 2025. Class 10 board exams were held on March 18, while Class 12 exams wrapped up on April 4.
Also, CBSE has officially announced that from the academic year 2025-26, Class 10 students will have the option to take two board examinations. After the 2 exam policy is implemented, the provision of supplementary exams will also be removed.
From the academic session 2026, all students will be allowed to take Board Exams on up to two occasions during any given school year, one main examination and one for improvement, if desired, CBSE said in the official notification.
