The result of the Class XII examination 2023-24 conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has been declared today May 13, 2024. The result is available on the CBSE website – cbseresults.nic.in.

This year a total of 1633730 students were registered for the exam and a total 1621224 appeared for the CBSE class 12th board exam. The total pass percentage for the year 2024 is 87.98 percent. This year the pass percentage improves by 0.65%. As per the CBSE, the overall pass percentage improvement from 87.33% from 2023 has been due to the students good performance in the Competency Based Question Papers. This year 40% of the questions were based on the Competency Based Questions.

Trivandrum performs best with an overall 99.91 pass percentage followed by Vijaywada and Chennai with a pass percentage of 99.04% and 98.47% respectively.

According to the CBSE board result was prepared considering the responses and feedbacks received both offline and online mode.

CBSE SSCE (Class 12th) Board Result: How to check the result

Step 1: Go to the official website – cbseresults.nic.in.

Step 2: Click on the Senior School Certificate Examination links (class XII) Results 2024 available on the home page.

Step 3: Enter the login details – Roll number and enter school name and admit card ID on submit.

Step 4: The result will be displayed on the screen. Download and save/printout for future use.
