IGNOU Extends Assignment Submission Dates For June 2026 TEE

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has officially extended the submission deadline for assignments for its upcoming Term End Examination (TEE) scheduled for June 2026. The extension applies to both the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online programmes under GOAL and EVBB.

The university’s Student Evaluation Division has issued a notification: IG/SED/Assignment/TEE/June 2026, dated April 1, 2026. The notification confirms the extension of the last date to submit assignments. This extension will provide more time to students to submit both hard and soft copies of the assignments.

The extension has been granted with the approval of the competent authority at the university. The last date for the submission of assignments for the students of the GOAL and EVBB programs has now been extended to April 30, 2026. The university has emphasised that the last date will be applicable to all the students of both ODL and online modes.

The students are advised to ensure that both hard and soft copies of the assignments are sent to the respective assignment section.

Students can send the hard copies to the Assignment Section of the Student Evaluation Division, soft copies can also be submitted through the online portal provided by the university.
