IGNOU Starts Admission Process For January 2026 Session
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has begun the admission process for the January 2026 session. Candidates can apply via the official website – ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. The last date of application is February 15, 2026.
IGNOU provides flexible distance learning programs in various debrees including UG, PG, and Diplomas.

Candidates must keep their APAAR ID ready before starting the application process.
For the application process, candidates must go to the new registration section and register using their email and mobile number verifiable through OTP.
The admission cycle, which started from December 16, 2025, provides a wide range of programs through Open and Distance Learning (ODL), Online Learning (OL), and online modes.
