JoSAA Mock Seat Allocation -1 Results 2024 Today; Know About Mock Seat Allocation - 2 And Actual Round
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the first mock seat allocation list today June 15, 2024. The mock allocation is based on the choices filled by the students by June 14 (8 pm). The JOSAA 2024 seat allotment results will be available on the official website – josaa.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for both JEE Main and JEE Advanced 2024 and registered for JoSAA counseling can access it using JEE Main 2024 application number and password.
JoSAA facilitates admission into various engineering programs offered by 121 institutes across India. The mock seat allocation provides an idea to the candidates about their potential seat allocation in engineering colleges. This helps candidates analyze the chances of getting admission into their preferred institutes to make informed decisions before making the final choice locking deadline on June 18, 2024.

The seat allocation authority will conduct a second round of mock seat allotment exercise on June 17, 2024, at 12:30 pm based on choices filled by the candidates up to June 16 till 5 pm. The second mock round will help candidates to further refine their choices based on any updates. Candidates can search for colleges and programs that fall in a realistic range based on their mock allotment and JEE scores.
The counseling registration window will remain open till June 18, 2024. The choice locked up on June 18th will be used for the actual seat allocation in Round 1.
