SAFI IAS ACADEMY Achieves Remarkable Success in UPSC CSE 2024
Malappuram: SAFI IAS Academy has made its mark in the highly competitive UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024, with three of its students securing prestigious ranks in the final list announced on Tuesday. The students were part of the academy’s specialised interview training programme, Abhyaas, which was credited for playing a key role in their success, said a statement from the academy.
Among the achievers is Devika Priyadarshini, a native of Kollam in Kerala, who has secured the 95th All India Rank (AIR). With this feat, Devika has emerged as one of the top five rank-holders from Kerala this year.
The other successful candidates from SAFI’s Abhyaas programme are Kritika Nograia from Uttar Pradesh, who secured the 400th rank, and Anand Pyarelal from Alappuzha, who was placed at 484th.
The academy, located in Malappuram, said in a statement that its structured approach to mentoring and personalised interview guidance contributed significantly to the success of these candidates. “This result underscores the effectiveness of Abhyaas in preparing aspirants for the final hurdle of the UPSC CSE— the personality test,” the academy noted.
SAFI IAS Academy further stated that it remains committed to nurturing future civil servants through a comprehensive and disciplined training environment. “We believe that our success in 2024 is only the beginning. Our goal is to continue creating an ecosystem where aspirants can achieve their dreams with the right academic support and moral guidance,” it added.
The UPSC declared its final results for CSE 2024 this week, recommending 1,009 candidates for appointment to the IAS, IFS, IPS, and various Central Services. Among the top five all-India rankers were three women, including Shakti Dubey of Prayagraj, who secured the first rank, followed by Harshita Goyal and Shah Margi Chirag, reflecting a significant presence of women at the top tier of the examination.
A total of 5.83 lakh candidates appeared for the Preliminary Examination in 2024, out of which 14,627 qualified for the Mains. From those, 2,845 made it to the Personality Test round, and finally 1,009 were selected. The UPSC also revealed that 28% of the selected candidates were women and a broad range of optional subjects were chosen by the top performers.
