The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department has started the application process for the UP RTE Admission 2025-26. This program allows children from disadvantaged and economically weaker sections to take admission to pre-primary classes in private schools under the Right to Education (RTE) Act. Parents can go to the official website – rte25.upsdc.gov.in to register and submit the application.

The admission process will take place in four rounds and the first round of applications will be accepted till December 19, 2024. The classes for the students under the UP RTE scheme will commence from April 1, 2025, onwards.

UP RTE Admission 2025-26 Eligibility

Under the RTE Act 2009, 25% of seats in the pre-primary classes of private schools are reserved for children from disadvantaged groups and weaker sections. Families meeting the criteria should get there students enrolled under the given scheme.

Step 2: Read the detailed instructions and schedule

Step 3: Login and complete the registration

Step 4: Upload the required documents in the specific format and size

Step 5: Click on the register button to complete the process

Step 6: Download the form and take a print out for further use
