South Indian actor Vinayakan is in police custody in Hyderabad, reports Asianet. Vinayakan was taken into custody following an altercation at the Hyderabad airport and he is currently present at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Police Station. The police said that Vinayakan was under the influence of alcohol. The actor had come to Hyderabad from Kochi and from there, he had a connecting flight to Goa.

Reports said the Jailer actor was drunk and created a ruckus at the domestic transfer area of ​​the Hyderabad airport. Officials of CISF intervened when they saw a lot of commotion and trouble inside the airport. Vinayakan had a verbal argument with them as well, reports said.

After the ruckus, the CISF took him into custody and handed him over to the Hyderabad police. The police informed that Vinayakan will be taken for medical examination soon. Meanwhile, the actor alleged that he was beaten up by the CISF.
