HIT: The Third Case Teaser Out: Nani Unleahses His Violent Cop Avatar (Image-X/NameisNani)

Actor Nani is all set to be seen in a never-seen-before violent avatar in the film HIT: The Third Case. Stepping into director Sailesh Kolanu’s acclaimed universe of HIT, the actor Nani unveiled a jaw-dropping teaser today.

Jointly produced by Nani’s Unanimous Productions and Wall Poster Cinema, the third installment of the violent franchise, HIT: The Third Case, will portray the most violent side of the actor. The film will be hitting theaters on May 1.

Along with the teaser, actor-producer Nani also shared a menacing poster of the film on his X handle and wrote, “Today. Feb 24th. With love, I present you violence. HIT The Third Case.#HIT3Teaser #HIT3.” The poster features the actor dressed in a white formal look, wielding a blood-soaked laathi in his hand.

The action-packed teaser introduces Nani as the violent cop Arjun Sarkaar, who fights for justice. The story revolves around a series of murders that challenge the cops. While police fail to solve the mysterious murders, Arjun Sarkaar steps in to solve the puzzle through violence. Just like the poster, the teaser also highlights the might of his laathi and the aggression behind it.

Nani effortlessly imbibed the body language of a cop who is aggressive and violent. Packed with a series of murders and a cop with a short temper, the third installment of the franchise HIT seems promising to offer a thrilling crime investigation.

The film stars Nani and Srinidhi Shetty in the lead roles, alongside Adil Pala, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, and Maganti Srinath. Moreover, as per the reports, the third installment will reportedly feature Adivi (the lead of HIT: The Second Case) making a special cameo, reprising his role from the movie.

The crime thriller universe of HIT includes the three installments, namely HIT: The First Case (2020) and  HIT: The Second Case (2022) and HIT: The Third Case. The title is an acronym for “Homicide Intervention Team.”  This franchise received great reception among the audience and is currently the 13th highest-grossing Telugu film series worldwide.

Actor Nani was previously seen in his Telugu action entertainer Saripoda Sanivaram, which stars Priyanka Mohan as the female lead. The film that was written and directed by Vivek Athreya received a positive response from the critics and reached the milestone of Rs 100 crore at the box office.
