'Kaaliyan' Poster Out: Prithviraj's Film Gets Update After 2 Years(Image-X/KaaliyanMovie)
It’s the multifaceted Malayalam figure Prithviraj Sukumaran’s birthday and of course fans could expect back to back announcements over the actor-director’s upcoming ventures. As the team L2:Empuraan delighted fans with a character unveil, here comes another update from the makers of the film Kaaliyan.
On this auspicious day, the pan-India film which was announced in 2017 got an update. Even though the film, directed by S Mahesh, is under lots of delay and lost track of its planned schedules, the makers seem to be decided to drop a pair of thematic posters today.

Conveying their heartfelt wishes, the makers dropped a mysterious poster, which aims to transcend the warrior vibe of the film. The team also dropped another poster which features a golden chakra with a symbol of sun imprinted on it.

The film narrates the tale of formidable warriors from Venad, set in the 1700s, with Prithviraj’s character taking on a monumental mission that could cost him his life.
Notably, this update comes nearly two years later, as their previous post was made in 2022. As the then announcement of the pan Indian film created anticipation among fans, the makers couldn’t treat their excitement due to the film’s constant delay in production.

As per previous reports, factors like Covid 19 pandemic, Prithviraj’s injury and some other have contributed to the prolonged production of the film. However, the film which commenced its initial schedule last September, seems to have a blasting release soon.
