'Manjeswaram Mafia': Malayalam's First-Ever Zombie Movie Is Here

Who doesn’t love a zombie movie? We have seen plenty of them in Hollywood, but there are barely any from the genre in Indian cinema. A good zombie film is 2013’s Go Goa Gone, directed by Raj and DK, starring Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Khemmu, Anand Tiwari, and Vir Das. But there is a new zombie in town. Presenting, Manjeswaram Mafia.

Touted as the “first-ever Malayalam zombie film,” Manjeswaram Mafia’s first look poster was shared by actor Suraj Venjaramoodu.

With the tagline “Scream, Laugh, Repeat,” the film promises to be an exciting horror-comedy.

This will be a historic film since Malayalam cinema hasn’t yet dipped its feet in this genre. Details about the cast remain under wraps for now. Nevertheless, Manjeswaram Mafia seems to offer a fun watch as the Malayalam film industry expands its possibilities.
