Minahil Malik Video Leak: Fake or Publicity Stunt?
Videos leaks and MMS being posted online by many have been a worrying trend since the emergence of Internet. The latest talking point in this issue is Pakistani TikTok star Minahil Malik. The influencer is currently at the centre of controversy after an explicit video allegedly featuring her surfaced online, igniting a storm of reactions on social media. While some users expressed outrage and disappointment, others speculated that the leak might be a publicity stunt. Malik, however, has firmly denied the authenticity of the video and announced legal action against those responsible.
The leaked footage, which reportedly shows Malik in an intimate moment with a male companion, quickly gained traction on social media platforms. Alongside the video, several explicit images, also allegedly of Malik, were circulated. The controversy triggered significant backlash, leading to online trolling and harassment against the influencer. Despite the criticism, Malik maintains that the video is fake and intended to damage her reputation.
In response to the incident, Malik issued a statement through TikTok, saying, “These videos are completely fake. I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) against the individual responsible, and they will be arrested soon.” She further expressed the emotional toll the controversy has taken, adding, “My family and I are going through severe depression because of this.”
Malik also appealed to her followers to report the viral content and support her during this challenging time. “Only someone with no respect for women, or without a mother or sister at home, could do this,” she said. “I am a witness, and so is my God. I need your support now more than ever.”
This is not the first time Malik has faced such challenges. A few years ago, she was similarly targeted with leaked photos and videos. However, she received overwhelming support from her millions of followers on TikTok, where she remains one of Pakistan’s most popular social media influencers.
The FIA has confirmed receiving Malik’s complaint and stated that an investigation is underway to identify the person behind the alleged leak. As the inquiry progresses, questions linger over whether the video is a malicious fabrication or an actual leak.
