Nithya Menen Begins Shooting For Her First Full Fledged Hindi Film In Scotland: Report (instagram.com/nithyamenen)
South Indian star Nithya Menen is about to make her full-fledged Bollywood debut, reports Pinkvilla.com. According to the entertainment website, the actress who is famous for her roles in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam movies, is part of a yet-to-be-titled murder movie helmed by Ek Villain Returns director Vishal Ranjan Mishra.
The report said the movie has hit the floors and the actress and the hero of the movie Vivek Oberoi have started the filming in Scotland.
Earlier, the Ustad Hotel star was part of a Hindi film, Mission Mangal with Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan, but in a supporting role.
A source close to the actress told the entertainment news portal that the Nithya Menen is fascinated by thrillers and murder mysteries, and she said an instant yes to be onboard the film which has a marathon 30-day schedule in Scotland now.
The movie also charts the cast of pan India actor Ashish Vidyarthi who is famous for his character and villain roles across various languages.
Nithya Menen, who debuted in Hanuman as a child artist, has the credit of Aakasha Gopuram (2008), Kerala Cafe (2009), Apoorvaragam (2010), Anwar (2010), Ala Modalaindi (2011), Urumi (2011), Nootrenbadhul 180 (2011), Makaramanju (2011), Ishq (2012), Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty (2012), Bachelor Party (2012), Ustad Hotel (2012), Okkadine (2013), Bangalore Days (2012), S/O Satyamurthy (2015), O Kadhal Kanmani (2015), Janatha Garage (2016), Mersal (2017), NTR: Kathanayakudu (2019), Psycho (2020), Thiruchitrambalam (2022), Bheemla Nayak (2022) and Wonder Women (2022) in her 15 year career.
