The latest released sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise has taken the box office by storm, breaking records and cementing its place in cinema history as the team announced it through their social media platforms.

Pushpa 2: The Rule, starring Allu Arjun has surpassed the lifetime earnings of several big-budget movies, including Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, KGF Chapter 2, and Jawan.
Pushpa 2 has shattered box office milestones that collected a whopping Rs 1,004.35 crore in India and Rs 632.5 crore in Hindi-speaking regions.

Its global earnings have surpassed Rs 1,500 crore, making it the fastest film to achieve this feat. If its momentum continues, it may challenge Dangal‘s record of Rs 2,000 crore globally.

The film, which was released on December 5 set the greatest records in Indian cinema. Emerging as the fastest-grossing film, Pushpa 2 has achieved the milestone of Rs 1000 crore on December 10 with impressive collections and receptions received from all over the world.

Made on a budget of Rs 400–500 crore, this directorial of Sukumar is one of the most expensive Indian films. With a runtime of 200 minutes, it is one of the longest Indian films ever made.
Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media, the film features Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil reprising their roles as Pushpa Raj, Srivalli, and Bhanwar Singh Shekawat. Allu Arjun, the main lead of the film, received a National Film Award for his performance in the first part.
