Samantha and Raj tied the knot in December 2025 in an intimate ceremony held at the Linga Bhairavi temple in Coimbatore. The wedding was attended by close friends and family, and later, Samantha shared glimpses from the ceremony online, receiving love and blessings from fans and colleagues.
