Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Leo, one of the biggest hits from Tamil cinema this year, collected over Rs 600 crore worldwide is soon to be streamed on OTT platform. The OTT platform has released its streaming date through their social media. Netflix which has streamed Vijay’s earlier films Mersal, Beast and Sarkar will now stream Leo too.
The OTT platform has announced its release date through their X handle on Monday. The much-awaited Vijay starrer movie will be live streamed on 24th November onwards. While, the movie will be streamed globally from November 28th in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. Netflix posted on X, “Guess who’s coming? (Hint: He’s a freaking badass)”.

Netflix on its Instagram page on Wednesday posted Vijay’s avatar’s from his Netflix streamed movies along with ‘Parthibhan’ from the film Leo.

Leo marks the second collaboration of the Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj after the film ‘Master’. The screen play written by Lokesh, Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy received worldwide acceptance soon after its release. The action thriller also stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, sandy and Gautham Menon along with Vijay. The movie is marked as the third instalment in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe after Kaithi and Vikram.
The Leo film draws inspiration from ‘A History of Violence’ (2005) which is adapted from the graphic novel with the same title.
