The application window for the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) 2024 is closing today, June 30, 2024. The applications are invited for a total of 9,995 posts of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants under the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) RRBs XIII. Interested and eligible candidates can apply through the official website – ibps.in. Earlier the submission deadline was June 27 which was later extended to June 30.

The IBPS CRP is conducted annually. The IBPS Regional Rural Bank (RRB) recruitment process comprises multiple stages including the preliminary exam and the main exam. Those applying for the officer scale I, II, and III then attend the interview stage followed by the document verification and medical examination.
The preliminary exam comprises 80 questions of reasoning and numerical ability and the duration of the exam is 45 minutes. The main exam comprises of 200 questions based on reasoning, general awareness, numerical ability, language and computer knowledge. The duration of exam is 2 hours.
The IBPS pre-exam training (PET) is scheduled from July 22 to July 27 and the preliminary phase of the Common Recruitment Process will be held in August. The application fee varies for different positions and reservation categories. To have detailed information about eligibility and other information, candidates need to read the official notification.

The salary varies from 35,000 to 61,000 depending on the posts and ranks in the banks. A total of 43 Banks in India are the participating entities which fills their posts throught this common entrance exam.
