SSC CGL 2024 Tier 2 Exam Dates Announced; Tier 1 Result Awaited
The Staff Selection Commission has announced the SSC CGL Tier 2 examination dates on January 18, 19 and 20, 2025. However, the results of the tier 1 examination have not been announced yet. It is expected that SSC CGL Tier 1 exam results will be announced soon at the official website – ssc.gov.in. SSC aims to fill 17,727 vacancies for the Group B and Group C posts.
The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was held from September 9 to September 26, 2024, at different centres across the country. The commission released the CGL tier 1 provisional answer keys on October 4 and the objection window was closed on October 8. The passing marks for SSC CGL tier 1 passing marks are 30 percent for the general/unreserved category, 20 percent for the OBC and EWS category, and 20 percent for the SC/ST/PwD category.

SSC CGL Tier 1 exam result: How to check
Step 1: Go to the official website – ssc.gov.in
Step 2: Click on the link ‘SSC CGL Tier 1 exam result’
Step 3: The pdf file of the result will be opened on the screen
Step 4: Check the result and save/print out for further use
Also, SSC GD Constable exam dates for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy posts in the Narcotics Control Bureau have also been announced. These are scheduled on these dates
