Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC CPO Final Result 2025 for Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs Exam 2024, on October 20, 2025. The result is available on the official website – ssc.gov.in.

Notably, sixty-two Kuki candidates have cleared the Staff Selection Commission’s Central Police Organisation (SSC CPO) sub-inspector examination 2024, successfully, with several qualifying students currently residing in relief camps amid the ongoing ethnic conflict in Manipur.

The Kuki Students’ Organisation General Headquarters informed about the success of Kuki students on October 20, highlighting that the achievement comes at a time when thousands from the community remain displaced due to civil unrest that has severely disrupted access to education and examination centers across the state.

This year, a total of 22,269 candidates appeared for the exam held from September 15 to 27, 2025. A total of 8079 candidates have been selected for the SI and ASI vacancies.

Notably, on 21 April 2023, tribal students’ organisations (Kuki-Zo) met and decided to hold a “Tribal Solidarity March” on 3 May in the hill districts of Manipur, partly in response to the Meitei community’s push to be included in the ST list in the valley.  The Meitei community (which inhabits the valley and is the numerical majority) felt the march threatened their territorial interests; some mobilisation from both sides rapidly escalated.

The clashes soon spread from Churachandpur district to other hill and valley areas. There was burning of houses, mass displacement of people, and communal hatred intensified. According to a human rights monitoring overview, as of late 2024, more than 57,000 people were registered as living in relief camps.
