Police Arrest 2 Law Students For Using Abusive Language, Disrupting Supreme Court Proceedings
During a hearing last week, the accused law students while appearing for their case, allegedly used abusive language against the Chief Justice, causing chaos and disorders in the court.

The students while appearing as a petitioner-in-person, disrupted the court proceedings by using abusive language and flinging his case files inside the courtroom.
One of the petitioner, Pratap allegedly addressed the Bench in an unusual manner, calling the judges judicial servants, and ordering them to register an FIR against the Assistant Commissioner of Police of Lucknow.
Wondered by the remark, Justice Viswanathan asked if he is ordering the court. Pratap then relied, “That is all from my side. Everything is on record.” Pratap alo threw the case papers into the air and hurled abuses in open court.
While being escorted out by security personnel, he also verbally abused the Chief Justice of India, leading to his arrest.
