Brazilian Matheus Ferroro’s Photo Misused in 22 Haryana Voter IDs
In another mishap of electors in India, a Brazilian citizen, Matheus Ferroro, reportedly voted in 22 names in Haryana under different names, such as Sweety to Saraswahti. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has dropped the ‘H-bomb’, alleging large-scale voter fraud during the Haryana elections.
The Congress Kerala has claimed the rigging of the Haryana election while sharing the information on its social media.
The press release was held at Congress headquarters in Delhi just ahead of the first phase of the Bihar polls. Rahul Gandhi said that his team has proof that nearly 25 lakh voters in Haryana are either duplicates, nonexistent, or manipulated.
An online search revealed that Matheus Ferrero is a photographer based in Brazil.
According to an Unsplash page, Ferrero is based in Brazil’s Belo Horizonte city. His portfolio showcases a diverse range of photography styles, including portraits, fashion, and products.
The identity of the model whose picture was used in the electoral rolls remains unknown.
Notably, Matheus Ferroro is one of the most used faces shared by several pages and websites for advertisements.
