Fatehabad Assembly Results: Dura Ram of BJP Leads
In the Fatehabad constituency of Haryana, Balwan Singh Doulatpuria won the election on the Congress ticket with a margin of 2,252 votes.
The Fatehabad constituency has witnessed an intense battle between the saffron party and the grant old party with its candidates Duda Ram Bishnoi, the former minister and Balwan Singh Daulatpuria. Securing a total of 86,172 votes, Balwan of Congress replaced the then sitting MLA, Dura Ram Bishnoi of BJP.

Whereas, Dura Ram Bishnoi of the BJP bagged 83,920 votes. In 2019, Dura Ram of the Bharatiya Janata Party won the seat by defeating Dr. Virender Siwatch of the Jannayak Janta Party with a margin of 3300 votes.
In 2024 Haryana Assembly elections, the total percentage of voters in Fatehabad Assembly Constituency was recorded at 74.92 percent. Fatehabad Assembly constituency falls under the Sirsa Lok Sabha constituency.

In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Indian National Congress candidate Kumari Selja won from Sirsa Lok Sabha (MP) Seat with the margin of 268497 votes by defeating Ashok Tanwar of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Fatehabad Assembly constituency has been witnessing political shifts between INLD, BJP, and Congress in its past elections.
