
"Jaipur Airport Is Completely Safe": Jaipur DC Denies Fake Explosion Reports
Amid the rising drone attacks from Pakistan at multiple sites in India’s border states, misleading news is spread all over social media and aired by mainstream media on several occasions. One such misinformation was being aired by Times Now regarding the explosions at Jaipur Airport.
However, taking prompt action, the District Collector & Magistrate of Jaipur has clarified the misleading news of explosions at the Jaipur Airport. Jaipur DC calls the news ‘baseless and misleading’ and assures that the airport is completely safe.

Times Now has shared an unverified video of explosions heard near Jaipur Airport, creating panic among citizens. However, the video was deleted later without giving any clarification. However, the DC Jaipur has stated the fake news.

Reportedly, as recent development into the ongoing attacks, explosions were reported in several parts of Jammu and Kashmir around 8:30 pm as the city experienced a blackout.
Multiple explosions, including in Barmer and Pokhran, and drones in Samba (J&K), Pathankot and Ferozepur (Punjab), and Jaisalmer (Rajasthan) were also reported.
In Jalore district, Pokhran, Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, high alert has been issued and India’s air defence sprang in action intercepting drones launched from Pakistan’s side.
High Red Alert has also been issued in Barmer, Rajasthan. Police have urged residents to stay indoors, follow a total blackout, and avoid movement of lights and vehicles.
