Ahead of the inaugural match of the IPL 2024, Royal Challengers Bangalore are set to host a major event where men”s team captain Faf du Plessis along with the Women”s Premier League 2024 winning team-captain Smriti Mandhana and other members of the team are likely to be present at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
Former RCB captain Virat Kohli who recently returned to India after the birth of his second child is also expected to be present at the venue along with veteran wicketkeeper batter Dinesh Karthik.
The franchise has named it the RCB Unbox Event 2024. The event has garnered the attention of many fans around the world as the franchise is likely to change its name from Royal Challengers Bangalore to Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the event. Apart from that, the RCB women”s team who won their first-ever WPL title on Sunday, are also likely to be felicitated at the event.

The tickets are available for purchase at the RCB app and website. Each ticket ranges from INR 800 to INR 4000 with booking of up to six tickets allowed from one login.
