'Greta Thunberg' And Game Of Thrones Fame 'Liam Cunningham' To Sail Into Gaza To Break Israeli Siege
Activists in Catania, Sicily, are set to reach the Gaza Strip to break the Israeli blockade on Gaza. The ship is home to many famous names, including Irish actor Liam Cunningham and climate activist Greta Thunberg. Greta Thunberg and Liam Cunningham join the crew of the vessel Madleen, preparing to sail toward Gaza with other high-profile activists.
The activist group boarded the Freedom Flotilla Coalition (FCC) ship from Catania in Sicily on Sunday to deliver the vital supplies to break Israel’s illegal siege, to stop the starvation of Palestinians.

The FFC’s Madleen sailing marks the second such attempt to reach Gaza in recent months. FFC’s vessel ‘Conscience’ first attempted to reach Gaza in May, but the mission came under an alleged drone attack from Israel.
Reportedly, the Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg also tried to be part of the aid vessel that was targeted by drones near Malta. The climate activist condemned the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and affirmed her solidarity with Palestinians, calling for immediate humanitarian access.
