
Japan Tsunami Prophecy: It's July 5 And Panic Hits Over Baba Vanga's Earthquake Prediction
Tokyo, Japan: Following speculations regarding an old prophecy by Tatsuki, also known as “Japan’s Baba Vanga”, whose predictions regarding the 1995 Kobe earthquake and the 2011 Tohoku tsunami came true, people in the island country have been in anxiety for the past few days waiting for July 5, 2025. Baba Vanga predicted an earthquake or tsunami would hit the country on July 5, triggering panic, even tourists fleeing and travel cancellations.
The country’s tourism was reportedly hit as several people canceled their travel plans to Japan after the widespread speculation regarding that prophecy. The prediction comes from a popular Japanese manga titled Watashi ga Mita Mirai, Kanzenban (The Future That I Saw, Complete Edition) which was first published in 1999.

The reference to the July 2025 speaks about a phenomenon that the ocean floor between Japan and the Philippines will crack and trigger massive waves that are higher than those seen in 2011.
The book had gained worldwide attention for several accurate predictions of past events, including the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. It has also predicted the deaths of Princess Diana and Freddie Mercury, as well as the COVID-19 pandemic, making people believe the potential possibility of any such events.

However, Tatsuki herself has made it clear she is no prophet, while distancing herself from the growing speculation. Despite this, given the past instances, with her old prophecy that a tsunami would be three times bigger than the usual one on July 5, 2025. Several people woke up early today anxiously.
