The trailer of the prequel Dune: Prophecy, has impressed fans, especially the Indian audience. And now the makers have unveiled the first look of the actress officially introducing her as Sister Francesca in the series.

Tabu has breathed life into Sister Francesca, an alluring, powerful woman who was the great love of the Emperor. And her return to the palace disturbs the power dynamics in the capital.
Expressing the depth of the character, Tabu described her as interesting, intriguing, intelligent, and emotionally powerful. She also revealed that it was an “immersive process” to dive deep into the complexity of the character.

The trailer of the prequel was released on July 18 and created a huge buzz among fans. The prequel is set to be released this November. With an impressive ensemble cast of Emily Watson, Olivia Williams, Travis Fimmel, and Mark Strong, among others, the six-episode series is set to premiere on HBO.
Based on the novel Sisterhood of Dune by Brian Herbert and Kevin J Anderson, the series unravels the origins of the enigmatic Bene Gesserit order. Led by the Harkonnen siblings, played by Watson and Williams, the story of the sisterhood is carried on by Rebecca Ferguson and Charlottle Rampling, members of the sect, in the Dune movies.
