
Texas Republican Candidate Gomez Burns Quran; Vows To 'End Islam' In Campaign Video
Texas, United States: In a fresh election campaign video released by Texas Republican congressional candidate, Valentina Gomez sparked widespread outrage by burning a Quran with a flamethrower as seen in the video.
The video, released by Gomez on Monday, August 25, shows the woman lighting the holy Islamic scripture on fire, while stating that Islam must be stopped once and for all. “Muslims can f*** off to any of the 57 Muslim nations. I will end Islam in Texas, so help me God,” Gomez was heard saying in the video.

Gomez is running for Texas’s 31st congressional district of the United States House of Representatives, which covers a strip of Central Texas from the northern Austin suburbs up to Temple and Gatesville. She accused Muslims of threatening Christian nations through violence while urging supporters to make her win to help her with her goal.
While right-wing groups hailed Gomez, the video has sparked outrage, with users on social media condemning it as outright bigotry.

Valentina Gomez shared the video on her social media handle, vowing she will end Islam in Texas.
“Muslims are raping & killing on their way to taking over CHRISTIAN nations. “Help me get to Congress so you never have to bow down to their stupid rock,” the US politician wrote on X.
