THIS TERMS AND CONDTIONS along with other policy documents are a binding agreement between Green Ocean Internet GIL and User (defined hereinbelow) of the portal www.timelinedaily.com and its mobile applications, other communications channels etc. The portal https://timelinedaily.com/ (the “Portal”) owned, managed and operated by Green Ocean Internet LLP (hereinafter referred to as the “GIL”, “we” or “our”, which expression shall unless the same be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors in business and assigns).

All the content – text/ video/ audio shall be published only after careful vetting by the editorial to ensure accuracy and objectivity. However, GIL bears no responsibility for news items sourced from third-party points. All legislations with regard to the content will be under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Kerala in India.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND LIMITED LICENCE:
All content, trademarks, copyright, patents, logos, domain names and other related intellectual property rights or other features of our brand belong to GIL or its designated licensors. User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish in any other form, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, enter into a database, transmit or in any way exploit any part of our Portal. JURISDICTION
The Terms shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India and the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of High court of Kerala for resolution of disputes arising out of the subject matter.
